The<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong> bottom\u00a0<\/strong><strong>line is that I did not seek Him. \u00a0He sought me out and saved <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>me by His grace. \u00a0I\u00a0<\/strong><strong>cannot accept praise for His goodness to me, I <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>can only be thankful for His\u00a0<\/strong><strong>mercy. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>John Newton, the author of \u201cAmazing Grace\u201d said in his eighties; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u201c<em>My\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>memory is almost gone, but I can remember two things: I am a<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong> great sinner\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>and I have a great Saviour.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The older I get, the more amazed I am at God\u2019s goodness to me.
