How can it be that two men, both who claim to be Christian, can differ so much in their interpretation of Scripture? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. <\/strong><\/em> <\/strong>I Corinthians 1:10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.<\/strong><\/em> But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.<\/strong><\/em> Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.<\/strong><\/em> But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. <\/strong><\/em>I Corinthians 2:9-16<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Could it be that one or both men are destitute of the Holy Spirit? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but<\/strong><\/em>
holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit<\/em>. II Peter 1:21 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the Holy Spirit authored the Word of God, He will never lead you contrary to His Word. Those who contradict Scripture are false teachers<\/strong> and unbelievers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?<\/strong>*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that <\/strong><\/em>(when) <\/strong>ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,……<\/strong><\/em>.Ephesians 1:12 &13<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
